Are all your items authentic?

At CWS Vintage all of our items are authentic unless stated otherwise. If you believe you have been sold an item which is not authentic, a return will only be accepted with sufficient evidence from manufactures which will then be examined by ourselves.

How long will postage take?

Answer

UK customers have two options at checkout; standard, or express postage. Standard should take 3-5 days, sometimes faster. Express should take 1-2 days on average. European deliveries should usually take five days, whilst global deliveries should take 7-12 days.

What condition are your items?

Answer

Most items are not brand new unless specified, and are classed as 'vintage' items, carefully handpicked as styles from years ago continue to resurface. Some items will thereofre likely show natural signs of wear, however all notable marks will be noted on product descriptions.
